Looking for room or to start a small house share!

I'm a professional male (32) seeking a comfortable and friendly house share or lodging in the Exeter area. I'm also open to starting a new house share, ideally with two other like-minded people.

You'll find me to be easy-going, exceptionally clean and tidy, and always respectful of others space and needs. Some of my hobbies include guitar, football, hiking, swimming and travel. I value a harmonious living environment and am looking for housemates who share similar traits.

My partner lives in Plymouth so I am there some of the time and it would need to be okay for her to stay on occasion.
