Looking for a place to stay in Brum!

Hi! I'm a fresh graduate who's looking for an affordable accomodation to study. I just want to be as close to my workplace as possible while not breaking the bank. Have been in a few rough spots which is why the timing is a bit awkward.

I don't really mind any kind of room, as long as it can accommodate a table and a chair along with the bed (or 2 beds if sharing a room). Although, it would be amazing if the bathroom is ensuite and not communal, but I don't mind if it's not.

I'm a clean, quiet individual and have never had a complaint from my former housemates and landlords. References available on request.

I love staying in playing games, drawing, and listening to music. If any of those take your fancy, I'm sure we'll get along great :)
