This guy wants to give you money! (For a room)

Man with two jobs & one leg seeks double room (furnished) with parking available. Looking to move ASAP (mid-December latest). Must be 7 days per week and ideally at least 6 months.

Benefits of Luke:
1. Enjoys cleaning (has used oven cleaner *multiple times*).
2. Loves all pets and all pets love him.
3. Knows a little bit about a lot of things so can offer you a 5-20 min chat on whatever you fancy.
4. Only cooks when in a relationship so, as long as he stays single, won't rival you for kitchen space.
5. Has made many mistakes and is happy to share his experience/regrets for you to learn from.
6. So so likeable. Honestly try disliking him, you won't be able to.
7. Works Mon-Fri (hybrid) for tech company and also many weekends as a carer. In very unlikely circumstance that you actually don't like him, you won't have to see him much anyway!
