I am a male aged 44. I am looking for a double room or flat/apartment/buddying up, preferably a large room or some storage space available at the property. I am quiet, clean and tidy. I am available to move immediately and I have a budget of £550pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 30 and 99 years old.
I would need to use the councils help initially for the deposit and first month rent, but everything will be paid direct to the landlord. I've never missed any payments in the last 42 months of renting. Before then I owned my own house.
