Looking for a spare en-suite room

I am looking for a room to move in till the end of February
En-suite or private bathroom
Female or mixed occupancy
Either all or some bills included
1st Zone preferably

I am neat and quiet tenant, who respects each own life. Open to spend time together, as well.
I am currently spending most of the time at home in a laptop, but it will change within month - two.
I am dogs friendly, if you have a dog it is not a problem for me.
