Looking for a WHOLE property

Im 39 years old I have a long term health condition which means I’m classed as disabled and unable to work, so I am in receipt of benefits.

Despite this I have NEVER missed a rent or a bill payment and my credit score is excellent which I’m happy to prove.

I have previously rented privately for many years but due to unforeseen circumstances with a rogue landlord which I have proof of, I sadly had to move out and I’m now looking for accommodation again.

Im a very quiet, private person, I don’t smoke, drink or take drugs.
I have a small Lab cross collie (20kg) who is exceptionally well behaved, she’s up to date with vaccines/flea/worm prevention. She’s clean & quiet and we regularly partake in scentwork classes and competitions.
To prove that myself and my dog are responsible I have put her through the kennel clubs good citizen award scheme and she has gained her bronze, silver & gold award and I have the certificates to prove this. She is also on the way to becoming a “therapy dog” that can go into schools and hospitals etc.

I’m a very keen gardener and I love photography.

Due to my health conditions I am NOT looking to share a property, privacy and quiet are essential.

Im looking for a 1 bedroom property with a budget of up to £800PCM. I’m open to most areas of Devon or Cornwall, the property must have a garden of some sort.

I’m more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and my dog.
