Rent a place together, 50/50

I’m looking for someone to share a house/flat with.

Ideally I want to share with someone who works, but as long as there’s a regular income, work isn’t essential.

I work full time Monday to Friday, I usually go out at weekends for walks/hikes etc. I workout several days a week, don’t smoke (will have a cigarette when I have a drink though), only drink on occasions. Ideally I’d like to spend around £650 each per month bills included, that doesn’t leave too many options though, so I can do more for the right place.

I’m just looking for someone hygienic and respectful. I get that people have their own little quirks and habits, so I don’t have too many more wishes.

Not interested in HMO’s with multiple people.
