26yo professional looking for a homely flat

Hi!

I’m a final year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh studying informatics at EPCC. I am also working part-time at my department but will transition to full-time work when I finish my PhD. I’m looking to stay for a long-term period, ideally starting the tenancy from October/November.

During the week, I leave for my department at around 9 am and return in the evening, and sometimes I spend my Saturdays there as well. I have shared flats with other flatmates since I was 17, so I should be easy to leave with, and I can adapt to your cleaning rotas and other such routines. I consider myself to be neat and clean, and you can be assured that I will take good care of the property.

I love cooking/baking and can share my collection of cooking equipment and coffee machine if there’s space but I am equally happy to leave all of this at home. I also like baking bread and can sometimes make a good sourdough loaf. Either way, there should be tasty treats lying around the house! I am also up for flat meals or chats in the evening :)

Ideally, there would be parking available nearby as I have a car. I am also happy to help with moving, shopping trips to IKEA etc.
My girlfriend, who is based in Glasgow, might visit occasionally, and I might see her in Glasgow as well.
