Man and his dog starting a new chapter

Hello, I’m Dan, 34 and currently
self employed in construction.
I’m toying with the idea of moving to Bristol in the new year, so putting the feelers out for potential new housemates, friends, or potential living spaces.

I have a dog, Benji is a 5 yr old staffy cross, a happy, loving and playful boy, very well house trained, toilet trained and behaved. He only barks at people in bug coats, hats, and when the doorbell rings making him a great guard dog.
I would appreciate taking the time to meet us both before making a decision.

Myself, I’m easy going, kind, honest, respectful, clean and tidy. This year has been transformative for me after deep diving into personal development, men’s work and shadow work. I’m hoping to meet other men with this in common that can form a brotherhood of support in our journeys of growth.
I work as much as I need to, but prefer a good life balance. The rest of the time I like bouldering, hiking, running, basically anything that involves being active.
I also like downtime, cooking, reading, meditation, and time outdoors in nature.
Hoping to make friends with similar interests and even some that may surprise me.
Sidenote, we are both heavy carnivores so vegan households would respectfully be unsuitable.

We are currently putting feelers out and open minded to new opportunities and connections.
Bed sits and flats are not suitable.
Would be happy to buddy up to find a whole rental with a like minded person(s).

Considering Bristol as its far away enough to start a fresh for a while but it’s still close enough to my parents in Devon that I can be there for them.
Also Bristol is a great city and I’d love to explore it some more.
Looking for places in Redland, Clifton, Southville, Bedminster, Bishopsworth as I’ve heard these are the nicest areas.
