Professional and dog seeking living space

My name is Dan, self employed in construction.
I’m looking for a spare living space for myself and my dog Benji local to Newton abbot and surrounding areas.

Benji is a 4yr old staffy cross, a happy, loving and playful boy, very well house trained, toilet trained and behaved. I would appreciate taking the time to meet us both before making a decision.

Myself, I’m very easy going, honest, respectful, clean and tidy. I work a lot and and active a lot of the time but enjoy downtime to relax aswell.

We would be looking for somewhere fairly long term but open minded to new opportunities. Bed sits and flats are not suitable.
Would be happy to buddy up to find a whole rental with a like minded person.
