Looking for a spacious double room (Pets allowed)

I am a 27-year old professional looking for a spacious and furnished en-suite double room with bills and broadband included.

I’m a tidy, respectful housemate and I clean up after myself 😊

I work from home some days during the week. I get up early in morning and go to bed early so ideally looking for someone having the similar lifestyle and appreciate a quieter environment.

I have a small and friendly sausage dog, she stays with me half of the week. She is house trained fully and you won’t be expected to look after her.

I drive so ideally looking for a place with parking available.

Moving in date would be from end of September but could do earlier also.

I’m open to buddy up, flat/apartment rent.
