Looking for a home for me and my cat

I'm looking for a place to rent in or around Horsham, ideally an entire place/or spacious room that would accept an extremely well behaved elder cat (who mainly sleeps and minds his own business). He does like to go outside if it's possible, he's quite reserved and tends to hide away from other people, so a little garden would be ideal. He's well house trained, not viscous and never caused damage to my previous properties. It's highly likely you wouldn't see him unless I was around.

I'm very independent, respectful & house proud, very clean, like to keep things nice & tidy up after myself.
Not a party animal, I like my personal space, rarely drink, prefer the quieter life. Have my own furniture and TV, references can be provided from previous rentals. In my spare time I practice yoga & meditation, swim, arts & crafts and enjoy time in nature.

Please let me know if you think you have something suitable or are looking for a buddy up/have a room to rent in a suitable place.
