Looking for Short-Term Room / Base (Mon–Fri or occ

Hello,
I’m looking for a short-term let to use as a base, as I travel quite extensively due to regular pet sitting commitments.

When I’m not on a sit, I’m looking for a comfortable, calm room where I can stay either Monday to Friday or occasionally over weekends, depending on availability. I’m very flexible and happy to discuss different arrangements.

A bit about me:
• Professional, reliable and tidy
• Work mainly from home (4 days a week)
• Occasionally commute to the London office
• Non-smoker, vegetarian, don’t drink
• Quiet, respectful, and used to living in other people’s homes
• I own my own car
• I also have a classic camper van, which I use occasionally in the summer

I’m ideally looking for something at a reasonable budget, with flexibility rather than a long fixed contract — perfect if you have a room that’s not always occupied or suits a short-term arrangement.
