ROOM WANTED – WORTHING TO BRIGHTON & ANYWHERE IN BETWEEN
28 September – 26 October

Hi! I’m looking for a short-term room for 4 weeks, from Monday 28 September until Monday 26 October, anywhere between Worthing and Brighton, including the surrounding areas.

I travel regularly due to pet-sitting commitments, so I’m looking for a calm, comfortable base for this period while I’m between sits.

A bit about me:
• Professional, reliable and tidy
• Work mainly from home (4 days a week)
• Occasionally commute to the London office
• Non-smoker, vegetarian and don’t drink
• Quiet, respectful and very used to living in other people’s homes
• Independent and easy-going
• I have my own car

What I’m looking for:
• Single or double room
• Furnished or unfurnished – either is absolutely fine
• Somewhere reasonably peaceful and comfortable
• Worthing, Brighton or anywhere in between
• Ideally around £500 for the 4 weeks, maximum £550 including bills

I don’t need anything particularly fancy – just somewhere comfortable, straightforward and reasonably priced.

For now, I only need the room until 26 October, as I’ll then be away again. However, there is a possibility that I’ll return to the area after 20 November and may then be looking for something more stable/longer-term, so I’d also be interested in hearing from anyone where that could potentially be an option.

I’m flexible, easy-going and happy to provide references if helpful.
