I am a professional male aged 42. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of £13000pcm.

I'm easy going, social but also independent. Moving to London is a fresh start for me and so I'd like a social household to help make new friends. Whilst I don't party every weekend, I would like a household that likes a night out every now and again whilst also enjoying quieter evenings.

I'd like a place which feels like home and isn't just an empty room with a couple bits of furniture in it.
