Young IT professional newcomer to London fm Dublin

Hey. I am Jerry Yang, a 30 yo Chinese. I’ve been in London for 3 years. I am clean, tidy, easy-going, and open-minded. Love to keep things organised and have good habit to keep public area clean after use. Previous roommates all think I am a nice person to live with and befriend. They are happy to endorse me with a reference letter if you require.
I work as a young IT professional with a decent salary, therefore I have no pressure paying rent on time.

I am single. I don’t smoke. I only drink sociably. I have no pets (though I dog lover!). I’m not a party animal on workdays. I enjoy cooking and catering - I am good at making beef steaks, a variety of stews, Chinese cuisines and I love to try new recipes! As for hobbies, I like reading, watching musicals, playing piano (electronic ones, quiet on earphone). As for keeping fit, I like swimming, working out in gym, badminton, billiards.

Ideally I am looking for a long-term accommodation. Two months minimum please. My office is around Liverpool Street Station. So any commute within 40 min looks nice to me.

I would like to keep work-life balance. I am supposed to work in hybrid manner so I will work from home 3-4 days per week. I promise I am quiet and willing to help accepting posts for you. I hope we would form a respectful, open-minded and welcoming roommates group who would chill out and grab a drink after work, share thoughts, and have fun on weekends. Let’s make life more enjoyable.
