Looking for a Peaceful Home with its own front door.

Hi, I’m Mike Spink, 56, a seasoned freelance music producer, engineer and mixer. I’m looking for a comfortable, long-term living space, ideally a self-contained annex or unit.

I’ve worked in the music industry for over 25 years with artists such as The 1975, Jake Bugg, Gaslight Anthem, James, The View, Amber Run and OMD etc. My most recent work includes co-writing, producing and mixing tracks for US actor/artist Trev Peacock in partnership with LA’s Bohemia Group and mixing a 6-track EP for the North California outfit Miswaa.

Outside of work, I’m quiet, tidy, respectful and a non-smoker. I enjoy conversation, good music, and simple living. Educated to BA (Hons) level, I’m professional, genuine and reliable – feel free to Google me to validate industry presence.

Private Self-contained annex/flatlet with private bathroom or ensuite.
Peaceful setting (rural villages preferred).
Clean, well-maintained property.
Suitable for quiet remote work with laptop and headphones.
High-speed internet (preferable)
Access to local amenities/transport.

💰 Budget

Up to £800/month (bills included) for a self-contained space with kitchen / kitchenette and private bathroom / ensuite.

📅 Move Date

Available to move from 14th December 2025

Looking for a minimum 6-month rolling tenancy.
