A grown up space in the week. Chilled on weekends

I’m an IT professional home worker in urgent need of a space due to relationship breakdown. A decent, sensible, fun, easy to live with person; and, I love people but I also love my own space too.

In need of a decent size room to lay my head for the time being whilst I figure my next steps out. I’m reliable and respectful, tidy and organised, sociable and very aware.

Room requirements
1. The room could be furnished or unfurnished, furnished with at least a bed.
2. Reliable internet access - MUST
3. House should have a washing machine
