Hi, I am a thoughtful 58-year-old Canadian guy looking for a studio-or 1-bed flat or peaceful shared accommodation with a pleasant flatmate(s). I am available to move-in from around September 1st, 2026. A quiet and peaceful place in a nice neighbourhood would be great. I have previously enjoyed living in Belsize Park, Islington, and Notting Hill.

After living in Chile for a few years, I have returned to the UK to work on a contract with a well known company. When in Chile, I work in education and in the UK, I work in process improvement and business change as a freelance business analyst and project manager. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, tennis, walking, cycling, cinema, and reading, among other things.
