Professional single male, full-time worker, looking for a long-term home around Woking, Guildford and the surrounding countryside, ideally within around 5–10 miles.

My preference is for a self-contained studio, garden studio, annexe, converted garage, bungalow-style accommodation, farmhouse annexe or similar private space. A separate/private entrance would be strongly preferred.

I particularly like quiet, rural and more secluded locations. I travel by car for work, shopping and everyday activities, so being close to public transport, train stations or town centres is not important to me. In fact, I would be very happy with a countryside property or somewhere that is mainly accessible by car.

Parking is very important. I have my own car and may also need to keep a company vehicle at the property, so ideally I need parking for two vehicles, preferably off-street or on a driveway.

I currently live in studio-style accommodation and have been at the same address since April 2023. I am looking for another stable, long-term home, ideally for at least 1–2 years.

I have my own household equipment, computer equipment, a large TV and some work tools/equipment, so I need a reasonable amount of space and storage. A proper kitchen or well-equipped kitchenette is also important as I cook regularly.

I am also open to a large double room or en-suite room if the property is quiet and private, preferably sharing with only one other person.

I am clean, responsible, respectful and looking for somewhere peaceful that I can treat as my home long term.
