Looking For A Room/Buddy In Watford

I’m moving to Watford for work in Feb and looking for a room, or someone to flat/houseshare with. I’m sociable, friendly, very clean and tidy and love music/going to gigs, but also enjoy time alone, I would plan to go home (Leeds) regularly to see my girlfriend and our cat, but would also like to stay somewhere she is welcome to visit sometimes (once every few months).
