Room wanted for considerate 46 year old male.

Hi I'm a 46 year old sociable and respectful person. I am looking for a long term, quiet place where I can work and rest. I spend 5 days in the office each week supporting people in recovery so do need a desk in the room if possible with good WiFi connection.

I've lived in shared accommodation on a number of occasions and am well aware of the need to my respect housemates to ensure a happy living environment.

I'm not much of a party guy anymore so would prefer somewhere this isn't likely to be a regular occurrence. but I enjoy the social aspect of shared accommodation, meeting new people, socialising and eating out. I also like to spend time away fishing, and vist my family quite often in the Worcestershire area.
