Wanted rural caravan/property/room rent

Hi,
I'm looking for a caravan/property/room to rent in the exmoor area, preferably around lynton/lynmouth/porlock but I'm open to other areas of exmoor. Ideally I'd like to rent somewhere on my own with a garden and be able to get a dog and a cat. But shorter term I would be happy to rent a room/caravan etc just to move to the area and find what I'm looking for. I have rented rooms in shared houses over the last few years and I currently rent an apartment near budleigh which I've been in over a year. I can provide good references. I'm clean, tidy, quiet and respectful and always pay rent on time. I would just love a quiet place where I can be nearer nature and get a couple of animals. I work full time and would need to get a job in the area before moving, but I am very proactive and have experience in a few areas.
