Intellectual Companion needs Bedroom to sleep

I am a mature professional with a background in education, seeking a quiet and reliable place to stay during the working week (Monday morning to Friday morning) due to a new part-time job commitment in the area. The primary residence is outside the area, returning every weekend.
What is being looked for:
As a dedicated educator, evenings are typically spent preparing lessons or resting. I will spend most of my days (typically 7:30 am to 6:00 pm) outside working. A clean, respectful, and peaceful household is desired, ideally with a "Monday to Friday" arrangement. A driveway or safe on-street parking for a vehicle is essential. Due to the start of my new job, my budget is very limited. Would you be nice enough to accept £75/week for staying Monday to Friday? Please let me know. I want to start from 23/02/26 or perhaps from 01/03/26. I will wait for your response. In my free time, I would be an intellectual company to you, too. Regards.
