Ensuite Preferred - £700 budget - Central

Hiya,

My names Sophia and I’m 27 and I work in the city.
I’m looking to share and rent in the city or Wilburn basin in Salford as it is near my workplace. Anywhere central or near preferable. Bonus if it has a gym. (I've found a few places if you're curious)

I’m ideally looking to pay £700 max, excluding bills, however will always prefer a lower rent.. I dont mind moving in between mid may (15th) to end of may.

I enjoy gaming alot, brunches, dinners, films, abit of everything really. Looking to rent in central Manchester as I work 9-5 in the office everyday. As I do mainly play video games, I can be slightly loud in the evening after work, so if you game as well at night or dont mind me being slightly loud at times then you're a star 😭 I am respectful of noise near sleeping hours, so I tend to be silent.

Ideally, looking for someone who is also in the office everyday, or hybrid. Looking to buddy up with someone thats timely with bills, keeps the communal areas tidy & clean, but if you're a little messy in your room its fine ♥

I like to hang out and be friends with people, but I am also quite introverted, so I respect each others space.
