Professional looking for a room/buddy up in MCR

I am a male aged 26 originally from the South East of England, though I have been living in Leeds for some years. I am beginning a role as a trainee solicitor in September in Deansgate and I am looking to move up to Manchester (or a commutable nearby distance) in advance of that! I am available to move from 20 August 2026. I am happy to buddy up and would be happy to share with males or females, ideally between 20 and 40 years old, and I expect I will be in the office around three days a week.

I am a very sociable person and, ideally, I would like to move into a flat with one or two other people, though I am also open to living independently in a studio flat. I have access to my own vehicle and would be happy living in the city centre or further afield in/around Manchester.

I’m looking for one or two sociable, easy-going people to buddy up with and to find a nice two to three bed flat somewhere in/around the city. Ideally, it'd be important to me that I got on with my housemates as friends, rather than just as housemates

I like to think that I am clean and very respectful to others and I am always up for a laugh, a night out or a cosy film/documentary night, but I also value having my own space and having time to myself.

I have previously lived in house shares with males and females and have never previously had any issues with other housemates. I have a range of interests and, in particular, I enjoy travelling to new places, meeting new people and being outdoors in general - I was lucky to recently spend some time in Lebanon, Georgia and Armenia on my most recent solo trip. I also enjoy history, hiking, bouldering and swimming a lot. My monthly accommodation budget is around £700-£900 (including bills), though I can be flexible as to this.
