Professional looking for a room

Hiya, nice to meet you! I'm Celestina (24) from Malaysia!

Will be working as a librarian in an NHS Trust situated in greater London - hence looking to stay near convenient public transport links (rail, Tube or bus - essential) and not far from town centre. Potentially WFH 2 days.

Preferable locations: Clapham Junction/ Battersea, Wimbledon, Balham, Kew Bridge

Room preferences - preferably furnished, ensuite (ideally), double (ideally a big room with good WiFi as I'll be 2 days WFH) in flats or shared 3-bedroom house (max), and preferably with energetic and tidy females (professionals/students).

Budget around £1200 per month, all bills included (can stretch to £1250 for the right place) and ideally looking to move in around mid/end Nov (18 Nov onwards).

Personality-wise, I've been told by most around me as to having a friendly, energetic, down-to-earth personality - at the same time, I do understand when people need their personal space. Additionally, I'm a clean (like to keep things organized) and easy to get along. Not looking for a party house (value my downtime in a chilled household) and not much of a drinker or clubbing (but would be up to go out for coffee or tea!)

Generally enjoy a chill quiet night after a long weekday, but would be up for homecook dinners with flatmates, Netflixing or going out for a bit. During the weekends, I enjoy meeting up with friends, travelling and exploring bits of London, fun artsy activities and many more - especially down to go hiking, playing music, reading and others.
