Looking for room / buddying up starting Sep

Hi! My name is Alexei (27 years old) and moving to Manchester in September to start a PhD at the University of Manchester. I’m currently looking for either a room in a shared flat or people interested in buddying up to find a place together.

I’m an active and outdoorsy person and enjoy bouldering, tennis, running, and going to the gym. That said, I also appreciate quieter days spent watching films, playing games, or reading a good book. I’m also a keen traveller and always enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places.

I’m a non-smoker and only drink socially. I also have a cat currently living with my parents in Bath; if there’s an opportunity to bring him to Manchester eventually that would be amazing, but if not I am also ok being in a non-pet household.

I’d love to live with friendly, sociable people and hopefully make some genuine friends while settling into Manchester.
