Room or Apartment wanted

Employed female looking for a nice clean, modern, furnished property. I'm looking for something close to good transport links in or near Stockport with a washing machine, dining area and hopefully a little outdoor space. I'm easygoing, passionate about interiorn design and all things creative! But of course would never help myself without prior consent, should I want to change any eesthetics. I would come to you with a full mood board, colour scheme for you to hopefully approve proir. Along with the usual, I enjoying cooking, writing and travelling. I work from home 3 days a week and have respect and boundaries, mutually. I like to network and meet new people. Ideally, I want a property to myself, whether converted into an apartment, duplex or house and will pay as a sole tenant should the option is available. The second bedroom will serve (as my study and occasional guest -room for my mum.

I also have experience in property staging and interior design and would very much like to add to my portfolio with the affromentioned work and providing examples of previous projects, and also look at increasing that potential, together.
