Description

I will shortly be starting a new job on the seafront with BCP Council, so I'm looking for a quiet place within walking distance to rest and recharge. (Ideally something either side of the town centre i. e. Westbourne, Alum Chine, Southbourne)

The job will originally be stationed at Bournemouth Pier. (Although it does cover the coast from Rockley Park to Highcliffe). The nature of the job means that I will be working most days this summer (including weekends) and I would likely use any spare time playing golf or getting out and about.

Generally speaking, I would try to get out as much as possible - I play football Friday and Sunday evenings and run during the week. I am also planning to join a gym in the town centre as this would make it handy for me to exercise and shower before or after work, so I would either be leaving early in the mornings or coming back later in the evenings.

Although I do have a car, it would be more convenient for me to walk into work. Off Road Parking would be fantastic but I understand it's not easy to come by and an En-Suite would be a big plus, but neither of these are a necessity,

I am pretty easy going so not too fussy about who I share with as long as they're not too loud. I would prefer non-smokers and I'm good with pets (but I am definitely more of a dog person than a cat person!). I would also prefer to share with 1 other person rather than multiple people, if possible.

I am currently renting a room in Parkstone from a lovely lady that was also arranged through Spareroom and I have been here for 3 years. Although my main motivation to move is due to the new job, our neighbours upstairs now have a child so it has become very noisy over the last year.

Whilst I have been able to save up some money, I am not quite there with a deposit for my own place but I hope to have this within the next 6-12 months. I feel like the best option for me currently is to move for a shorter term tenancy, work as much as I can and then sort out my own place in the winter. As such, I'm looking to keep my costs low but budget is flexible dependent on the available options.
