Hello!

A little bit about me... I’m Jake, a 26-year-old from Conwy, North Wales, and I’ve been living in Bristol since August 2023. I currently work full-time in media and marketing at the University of Bristol — and really enjoying it!

I moved here after a few years of travelling and living in the beautiful city of Sevilla. Before that, Manchester was my home!

I’m easygoing, sociable, respectful, and love good company. I’m big on running and usually spend my mornings out and about (although I am injured at the mo). I love the outdoors; whether it’s hiking, swimming, or just exploring somewhere new. Music is a huge part of my life, and I love going to gigs and events. I’m also a creative person: I draw, write, and enjoy visiting exhibitions. I’m vegetarian and would love to get involved in some group cooking too !

I’m looking for a place to call home with like-minded people who are sociable, friendly, and making the most of life in Bristol. I value a clean and tidy living environment and am always respectful of shared spaces.

I’m moving on from a lovely 6 bed communual house which sadly was just a sublet and now looking for my next home. I can provide proof of full-time income, a guarantor, and rental history if needed.
