My name is Hollie (she/they), and I'm looking for flatmates in hopes of finding a lovely house/home.
I'm a rather quiet person, but I do love to also socialise. I am definitely up for the occasional flat drinks/gathering when we're all free.
I'm currently on a career break, but my background is largely within the hospitality/drinks/food industries!
Cooking is a passion of mine, I don't always have time, but when I do, I like to occasionally cook 'home/flat' meals for everyone.
Over the next coming weeks, I'll be looking into rooms and flatmates. Ideally I would love to move sometime during February. I've generally lived within East London the past few years and would like to stay East if possible!
2025 was possibly one of the hardest and most complex years of my life, and I'm the midst of rebuilding a new, independent & authentic life.
I have several hobbies/interests that I enjoy:
- All arts and crafts, especially painting/messing around with colour, calligraphy, photography and pottery
- Interesting Wikipedia rabbit-holes to fall asleep to.
- Exploring London, Wine in the Park, Mudlarking, Pubs/Restaurants, Gigs, etc.
- History, Science, Psychology, Architecture, Music, Comedy, Geology/Fossils, Casual Gaming, Documentaries, Film/TV & Travel/Adventures (just to name a few, haha!)
I dont really have any "deal breakers" in terms of what I'm looking for in flatmates.
Although that being said; NO Racists/Bigots, Tories, TERFS/SWERFS, etc.
I have a zero tolerance for any kind of bigotry or hatred, it's toxic. So those are the real "deal breakers" for me.
I would love to meet like-minded people who could contribute to a happy, safe, and pleasant home life. As well as hopefully make new friends.
Beyond this, I'm a very open minded person, I would describe myself as a socialist, LGBTQ+ ally, 420 friendly and neurodivergent friend & ally. I'm a curious and friendly person who enjoy pitching in to help around the house and am a clean and tidy flatmate.
