Looking for a flat.

Hey everyone.

36 year old man looking for a nice relaxed flat. I work at the University of Edinburgh working for their Widening Participation team.

Looking for a room that I can work from sometimes but also close enough that I can stroll to the office if need be. I would prefer a double or king sized room if possible.

I am a laidback easy going guy who enjoys a chit chat about almost anything hopefully with a cup of tea/beer/wine 😂. I love music, films, football and food.

I have reached the age where I like my peace and quiet as much as a good time and im just as happy to have nights in as well as a trip to the pub.

I like to keep things clean and tidy and will happily follow any rota or do any cleaning duties required. I'm also quite tall so any top shelves that need done I'm your guy!
