Room wanted - professional (35) - en-suite

Hi, I’m a 35-year-old working professional looking for an en-suite or double room starting from 20th June.
Budget: Up to £1000 per month (including all bills). I’m flexible with the budget for properties in Woking or Guildford.
Duration: Initially 3 months, with the possibility to extend up to 9 months.
Occupation: Software Developer (hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)
Working Hours: Typically 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM
I maintain a tidy, respectful, and quiet lifestyle, and I’m ideally looking for a comfortable, well-connected home.
I’m also open to buddying up with like-minded people.
Unfortunately, I’m only able to attend viewings on weekends if the property is outside Woking or Guildford.
