Canadian Seeking Short - Term Accommodation Summer

Hi, my name is Amity. I am a university graduate from Western Canada who will be traveling to Perth, Scotland for a confirmed employment opportunity from early June to late Spetember 2024. I also have family in Perthshire. I am searching for short-term furnished accommodation during this time.
What I am looking for:
Furnished, preferably with access to a kitted-out kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, etc)
Access to parking
A private apartment house/room/ etc or living with a roommate
Nonsmoking
I am comfortable with pets (will not be bringing one of my own) and would be available to house/pet sit during my stay. I am quiet and responsible. I have been renting for 2 years in Canada and can provide a rental reference.
