Outdoorsy, music loving PT. Room/ buddy up wanted

Looking to move at the end of my current contract at the end of March.

Looking to rent somewhere nice I’ll look after make it a home.
33 year old personal trainer working in Chelsea/ Battersea.
I work in the studio 6 days a week.

Introverted extrovert. Really easy going lad looking for a sociable flat share or people to buddy up with. Want a nice place as my last 2 places have been great.

I’m really clean, and have shared flats with ex girlfriends, friends & strangers and always get on with everyone.

I spend most of my free time bouldering, sketching or hiking. I do a few weekend camping/ hiking trips every couple months.
Happy to bring any flat mates on a hike or camping weekend out of London (don’t have a car, but the train is half the fun)

I love going to gigs every couple of months techno, electronic (not EDM sorry) house and day festivals in the summer season. I’m very respectful of others space and I’m past the after party stage !
Still enjoy a good day rave if I’m in bed for midnight!

Like to give my flatmates space be it WFH/ wanting down time or having friends over.

Overall, I’m always out the house until 3/4pm every day, work 6 days a week and don’t take up too much space!

I’m very easy going, friendly flatmate and I’m happy to look after any garden/ outdoor jobs/ pets when I can.
All I ask is other flatmates keep the shared areas clean.
