Looking for Brighton house-share

Hey, my name's Dylan and I'm a 26 year old journalist working for an LGBTQ+ publication. I'm looking for a house-share in Brighton, preferably for no more than £800 pcm rent.

I have a labrador/border collie 4-month-old puppy called Eddie, who is very sweet and gentle in nature, and surprisingly calm and quiet for his age. He is very loving and becomes attached to new friends very quickly!

Myself, I'm friendly, tidy and sociable. I currently work 5 days a week (3 from home, 2 in London). Always up for a drink or walk, but equally happy to chill at home and watch telly - I'm easy! I also respect privacy and solo time and am quite happy in my own company as well.
