Professional looking for a room in London

Hi there,

I’m looking for a room for my sister(18) and I(26), preferably on the Victoria Line, as I'm currently working in that area OR the Elizabeth line between Whitechapel (or Bethnal Green) and Forest Gate, which is closer to my sister's uni. The place should ideally be close to a tube station. My current tenancy ends in September, so I'm looking for a place to move in September, but don't mind moving earlier for a place that suits us well. Our ideal flatmate(s) would be clean and tidy in the shared spaces and is open to communication about how to manage the place.

I am a full time professional working in Web Development. I’m clean and tidy and prefer staying at home over going out. My sister is joining me in London to go to university and is very quiet and keeps to herself. We understand the importance of personal space and would respect yours, hoping for that in return. We also enjoy polite conversations, and the occasional movie night or dinner.
