Friendly couple looking for new place to call home

We are both in our 40's me (f) 43 , partner (m) 47 I am from. the UK , partner from Bulgaria ( all required documents can be provided for right to rent ect ).

We are looking for a new place to call home. We are very flexible with where we want to live, and understand that if we want our 1st choice it would involve looking further away from central London.

We would prefer a 2 bedroom flat and know that we will need to look at greater London for a property in our budget for this.

However a good size 1 bedroom flat would be great!

The one key point would be that we would like somewhere that has good transport links.
Rail/Overground/Tube/Buses

We have a maximum budget of £1600pcm, but that would need to include bills if we were at that end.
We would prefer somewhere that has a low deposit or those with deposit options available/possible.

We are clean, respectful and friendly.
We enjoy cooking, travelling, watching films and spending time with our families.

The ideal property would be fully furnished , but part furnished is ok as long as there is a bed and a cooker.

We will also consider a
house share, but not a large shared one, ideally 2 other people maximum, we would also like it to have a shared living room /dining area.
A garden would be nice but not a deal breaker

We both work with me doing the majority of my work from home.
I am also studying to Teach English as a Foreign Language in Bulgaria.

The most important thing is that we have a great relationship with our Landlord and our future home is clean!
