Looking to Fill a Room? (11th October)

Hi there, I'm a 26-year-old male looking for a short-term room in Nottingham while I work remotely.

Ideal length of stay: 1-2 months
Ideal move-in date: 1st March

About me: I'm an environmental biologist working remotely between fieldwork trips around the world. I frequently travel abroad for fieldwork (e. g. sea turtle conservation in the Caribbean), which leaves me looking for shorter-term rentals a few months at a time while I'm back home in the UK.

I like to experience new areas and am a bit of a nomad, so I'm open to shorter stays to fill small gaps, even for just a few weeks.

I’m flexible on the length of stay - happy to fill a gap between tenants, take over a short lease, or help if you're stuck in a contract and need someone reliable to take over for a bit.

My budget is £450pcm. I'm clean, respectful, easy to live with, and treat any space with care. I don't smoke. I particularly like houses with gardens.
