I'm a 24-year-old Civil Engineer who takes pride in keeping my space clean and tidy. When I'm not working, you'll find me hitting the gym or going on a run - I'm really into fitness and staying healthy. One of my favorite hobbies is rock climbing, and I also enjoy watching movies at the cinema, playing and watching football, and watching UFC.
Ideally, I would like to be located within a 15 mins to Wimbledon or Brixton station (not a deal breaker though for the right place). I would also be willing to look within Zone 1 as well.
One more thing - fast and reliable Wi-Fi is a must-have for me. I require a minimum of 60mbps to ensure I can stay connected for work and leisure activities. If your spare room has high-speed internet, then that would be a huge plus. Thank you!
