Looking for a buddy up for 2br

Hi lovelies

I’m looking to buddy up with one other person to find a 2 bedroom flat together. Ideally looking to stay in Islington/ central/ some parts of east London and also looking in Bermondsey area but can be flexible if we found an incredible place elsewhere. I work in Farringdon so ideally somewhere with a close commute there. My budget is about £1200 before bills, also slightly flexible here.

I’ve got a 4 weeks notice period and hoping to find someone who’s in a similar situation of being flexible to leave the flat with a month’s notice period. Makes it more convenient to find the perfect flat!

I would love to find someone that’s up for more of a social household share and at the same time respectful of each other’s personal space. A little about me, I’m 31 years old this year and have been living in London for about 6 years now. I work in fashion and am in the office 4 days a week and usually out the house quite early in the mornings for the gym. In my free time I love to check out art galleries, try out new restaurants or watch films. I also quite like cooking and hosting for friends but those late night party days are over for me. Home is a really important space for me and I’m really easy going and would like to find flatmates that feel the same.
