PhD student/dancer looking for a new home :-)

I'm Kate, 36, and am moving back to the UK after a stint in Paris. I'll be doing a PhD part-time at Central St Martins in choreography, and working on some performing projects in the UK and in Europe. I also work freelance as an editor.

I'm very used to sharing space, very clean (communal spaces are sacred!), very quiet (blame the dance training). I'm a lifelong vegetarian but don't at all mind sharing with those who aren't. Definite non-smoker. More likely to do yoga than clubbing these days ;-)

I'm looking for a calm and welcoming place to call home, not too far from green space (sorely missed in Paris), with kind flatmates who are happy to hang out from time to time over a meal/cup of coffee. But I also love my space and am very respectful of that of others.
