Hi! My name is Claire. I am a professional teacher who recently relocated from London to the Selsey/Chichester area to be closer to family. I have worked in education for many years, including senior leadership roles in both the UK and internationally, and I currently work as a History and Politics teacher, examiner and tutor.

I am looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home while I continue to establish myself in the local area and secure a longer-term teaching position. I am flexible regarding the length of tenancy and would be happy to discuss options that suit both parties.

I am a quiet, responsible and considerate person who enjoys reading, music and spending time outdoors. I take pride in looking after the places I live, respect other people's privacy, and appreciate a clean, peaceful environment. Most of my time is spent working, reading, walking, or visiting family locally.

I would be particularly well suited to living with other mature professionals or in a calm household where people value mutual respect and a relaxed atmosphere.
