I am a full time shift worker on the railway and my girlfriend is employed full time in retail. In the past year, we have been renting a room in a HMO through an approved agency so I expect it to be a smooth transition again when moving into another property with regards to deposits & references etc. We are aiming to move 01.09.2024.
