Quiet self-employed professional woman (WFH)

Hello,

I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful professional woman (55), working from home, and planning to move to Bournemouth 28 th of April.
I’m looking for a single or double room in a calm, clean and well-maintained household, ideally with working professionals or mature housemates.

As I work from home, a peaceful environment is very important, so I’m not looking for student accommodation or party houses.

Preferred areas: Westbourne, Winton (quiet streets), Charminster, Southbourne or similar residential neighbourhoods.

I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I’m very reliable with rent and bills.

I am looking for a 2-month stay with the possibility of extending the contract.

My budget is £500–£600 per month, preferably bills included.
