Looking for Student Accommodation London-Across

Hello,

My name is Bahodur. I am originally from the Republic of Tajikistan and I am currently based and working in London. My main area of work is property renovation, refurbishment and related property services in London.

In addition to my main work, every year during the student arrival season, particularly in August and September, I help students coming from Tajikistan to find suitable rooms and rental properties in London and other cities across the UK.

Students coming from Tajikistan to study in the UK approach me for assistance with accommodation, and I help organise and arrange suitable places for them to live during their studies.

This year, approximately 200 students from Tajikistan are expected to come to the UK for their studies. Around 100 of them will be studying in London, with the remainder studying in other cities across the UK. Therefore, we are currently looking for a significant number of suitable rooms, flats and houses to rent.

We are looking for accommodation for both individual students and groups. Where the property and tenancy arrangements allow, large double rooms can accommodate two students with separate single beds, while single rooms will accommodate one student.

Preference is given to properties that are clean, in good condition and conveniently located for public transport, particularly properties with good access to Underground stations or other transport links.

Rental prices can be discussed individually depending on the location, size, condition and overall standard of each property.

Regarding payment, our proposed arrangement is two months’ rent paid in advance, together with the equivalent of one month’s rent as a deposit. Where the landlord agrees and the tenancy terms allow, we would prefer the final month’s rent to be accounted for from this amount. The final payment and deposit arrangements would, of course, be agreed with the landlord or agent in advance for each individual property.

We also take the condition of the properties seriously. At the end of the agreed tenancy, the property will be cleaned and returned to the landlord or agent in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.

I am interested in building good, long-term working relationships with landlords, property owners and letting agents who can provide suitable rooms, flats or houses for students. As new students arrive each year, there is also potential for repeat business and continued cooperation in future years.
