Room wanted ASAP long term

I'm wanting to move before December

Long term required

Budget no more than £550 with bills included for a room

I am a professional female.

I'm a happy outgoing person, like my own space when home so will chill watching my tv.

I'm really just happy in my own space work nights mainly so every evening no need to worry about me being around.

I do like to travel up north abit

Would prefer bills included as it's just easier to manage outgoing payments into one.

I'm wanting long term and stay settled.
Im moving down from up north
I have a steady income and work long hours.
I'm clean and tidy bit OCD
I am able to pay rent several months in advance and deposit up front as I'm wanting to move ASAP

Prefer Rent with bills included and as near to Brighton centre as I can get for work please
