About me

I am a 22 year old University student home student who also work full time in a cafe. I am looking to move in ideally before the 16th of September, later dates work fine as well. I can provide references and a UK home owner guarantor. As I work full time and attend school full time I will be out of the house almost every day. At home, I mostly stay in my room with headphones on but I like to say hello whenever I run into flatmates in the hallways or kitchen. I cook at most once a week so I won’t be using the kitchen much. I like to keep a cleaning schedule for deep cleaning once a week or bi-weekly depending on the number of flatmates and clean after myself on a daily basis and I would appreciate flatmates to do the same. I am a reader so most of my time is spent reading in my room, I never use the living room because I don’t watch TV but I gladly join any house meet-ups for movie nights with other flatmates if I’m invited. I’m mostly always home latest by 10pm, and on occasions when I’m not I come home the next day. I have a really busy schedule therefore I do not have time to have guests over often, and on the rare occasions that I do, I declare their arrival a few days or hours before they arrive. I don’t have any sleepovers, therefore no one will be sleeping over at mine. I don’t drink or smoke and I don’t host house parties either, but I will gladly join in if flatmates organise one. I am highly adaptable to my environment, if flatmates want us to be friends we can be, if they prefer co-living, I can do that as well. I hope to hear from you soon.
