Professional female looking for a room.

Preferred move-in date by 01/08/26.
Budget: £650–£750 per month max (Including all bills).

Looking for a long-term double room, ideally in South London (Southeast or Southwest). I’m flexible for other areas but must have excellent transport links to South London, as commuting is very important for my job.

Little about me: I'm 33 and work full-time as a dental nurse. I’m tidy, respectful, and really look forward to my quiet downtime in the evenings to recharge my social battery as my role is people-facing.
In my free time, I enjoy resting, spending time in nature, going to poetry events, and visiting art exhibitions with friends.

I’d also like to be able to have an occasional guest over and I hope that would be alright. Of course I would let my housemates know in advance and would expect the same in return.

Must-haves:
• Female preferred household
• Double room
• Excellent transport links
• Washing machine

Ideally:
• Good natural light
• Ensuite
• If shared bathroom then with only One other person max.
