Professional female looking for a room.

Hi,

I’m a quiet and friendly female, working as full-time dental nurse. Looking for a long-term room in South London (SW/SE) preferred though I’m flexible for other areas, as long as there are excellent transport links (absolute must have for work).
Preferred move-in date: 01/04/2026 or Earlier.

I'm tidy, respectful, and value a peaceful environment to come home to especially with a busy work schedule. I’d love to live with like-minded female (only) professionals who enjoy a relaxed, considerate household.
I’m fine with live-in landlords, provided they are relaxed and understand the need for personal freedom. I would like to be able to have one or two friends over occasionally, but I am not after a party house!
Outside of work, I enjoy writing poetry, spending time in nature, and visiting art exhibitions. I’m hoping to find a place that feels like home (a friendly, welcoming space) where we might occasionally share a meal or a cup of tea, while still respecting each other’s space.

Must-haves:
Budget: £600–£750 mark> per month (bills included)
Female household preferred
Non-smoking home (allergies)
Excellent transport links (ideally within a 10- 15 minute walk to a station).
Good natural light.
Washing machine.
Ensuite or private bathroom access (ideal) or sharing with only one other person (maximum).
No pets.

Nice-to-haves:
Balcony, garden, or outdoor space
Dishwasher
Minimal or no carpet (allergies)

I’m planning to stay long-term and would take good care of the place.
