Professional female looking for a room.

*Only considering Tenancy agreement and not lodgers agreement.

Looking for a long-term double room, preferably in North London (nearby Hoxton, Haggerston, Dalston, Bethnal Green, Angel, Shoreditch High Street). I’m flexible for other areas but must have excellent transport links to North London, as commuting is very important for my job.

Just a little about me: I'm 33 and work full-time as a community dental nurse. I’m tidy, respectful, and really look forward to quiet downtime in the evenings to recharge my social battery as my role is people-facing.
In my free time, I enjoy writing poetry, hiking, going to poetry events and visiting art exhibitions. I’m ideally looking for a calm home where I can settle longer-term.

I’d also like to be able to have an occasional guest over to visit (not spend the night), I hope that would be alright. Of course I would let my housemates know in advance and would expect the same.

Preferred move-in date by 01/04/2026.
Budget: £600–£750 per month (Including bills).

• Good natural light
• Ensuite or bathroom shared with only one other person max.
