Description
Looking for a Peaceful Long-Term Room – South London (SW/SE or nearby)
Hi! I’m friendly and quiet hard working dental care professional and postgraduate student. I’m looking for a calm, comfortable room to rent in South London (SW/SE or well-connected nearby areas), preferably from April 2026.
I’m tidy, quiet, and respectful — definitely not into party houses. I don’t drink or smoke (due to allergies) and would love to share with like-minded, considerate female professionals who also value a peaceful home environment.
Outside of work and study, I enjoy writing poetry, spending time in nature, and visiting art exhibitions. I’d love to find a home that’s warm, relaxed, and has a sense of community - the kind of place where we can share a meal or a cuppa now and then, but also respect each other’s space.
Must-haves:
Budget: £600–£700/month (bills included)
Ensuite or private bathroom access (ideal but not essential)
Excellent transport links (~10 min walk to a station)
Natural light
Washing machine
Female household
No smoking (due to allergies)
Nice-to-haves:
Balcony, garden, or outdoor space
Dishwasher
No carpeted flooring (again, allergies)
I’m planning to move long-term, so I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like home. If you have a room or know of one that might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. NO Agencies or private numbers. Thank you.
