Low occupancy or family place in Solihull wanted

Hi!

I'm looking for a quiet, clean and respectful place to move into between 1st and 5th June... is your place THE ONE?!

I'm a single female, 41, and have very few complaints about life!

Career-wise, I've given up my government position (Ministry of Justice to be exact) for a Church position. I've done different things, and carry experience in leadership positions at a national level. I have also run my own business.

Ideally, the room I am looking for will need to either accommodate my study/teaching desk, or there needs to be a desk there I can work strain-free from. Space is therefore a factor I have to consider. My requirement for an own bathroom is pretty strict. I also don't want to share a kitchen with more than 2 other adults and I will need ample fridge/freezer space.

Personality-wise, I'm super grounded, and people come to me for advice/counsel (this is a huge part of my work). At the same time, I will need my space and time to be respected when I am busy. I don't own much and I find cooking for other people much more fun than cooking for myself (I'm a chef's daughter after all!) .

Location-wise, I would prefer to live within 4/5 miles of the B37 postcode and more toward the direction of Solihull. Since I have a leased car, gated secure parking or at least a driveway are essential as it will (hopefully!) keep my insurance premium the same.

Budget-wise, I've put in £750pcm although, if the perfect room shows up, I would be willing to fork out a little bit more. My intention is to put a deposit down for my first property in 12-18 months, so my priority right now is saving!

I've been spareroom renting for the last 3 years in Evesham and I pay my rent every 1st day of the month religiously!
