Hi!

We’re Brais and I, two Spanish professionals who have been living in London for around six years.

I work full-time as a Supervisor at the Pavilion Members’ Club in Knightsbridge, and Brais is a hairdresser who runs his own business.

We have been living in the Stockwell area for the past two years and have really enjoyed being part of the neighbourhood. Unfortunately, our current landlord is selling the property, so we’re now looking for a new place to call home.

We’re both quiet, respectful, and responsible tenants. We spend most of our time out of the house working, and when we’re home, we enjoy a calm and relaxed environment. We’re looking for a place where we can settle long-term and create a comfortable home.

What We’re Looking For

* A furnished 2-bedroom flat
* Move-in date: anytime between 1st and 9th July
* Ideally a long-term rental
* We love the Stockwell area and would be happy to stay nearby, but we’re also open to other areas across London
* Good transport links are important to us, so we’d prefer a property with a Tube station within easy walking distance
